Lake Hopatcong Results PDF Print E-mail

Five Alive BassmastersWe fished Lake Hopatcong this Sunday and I think everyone that fished will agree it was quite an experience especially for guys not use to the "big water". Depending on where you were the water was clear to murky. As the clouds cleared away it got pretty hot and humid and as the sun came out so did the boat traffic. Most places in the lake were pretty rough from a combination of a good breeze from the north west and a lot of boat traffic. To add to all of this, it was a tough bite.

Of 21 fishermen the was only one limit weighed in, (Johm Radamski---go figure) two 4 fish bags and one 3 fish bag. Everyone else, that caught fish, had one or two. A sharp contrast from reports we got from the guys that prefished Sat. and "murdered" them.

The results were:

1st    John Radamski        7.77
2nd    Rick Favire              6.15
3rd     Tommy Fariello       5.12
Lunker Dave Burket           3.65
