I haven't seen anything posted yet about it so I'll start it. Nice job John and Mike, it was a nail biter at the end of day 2. Good job with the lunker Tim! Also, kutos to Ryan's day one lunker. Unfortunately I had a crappy day locating fish in deal, but i did have a decent first day at the reservoir. My first 5 bagger. YEAH! Good job to all who participated, good luck at assunpink, and over all, keep fishing.

Thanks, and let's not leave out Pete W, for a big two day total and 3rd place. It was a nail bitter at the end. After day 1 I never thought I would place, but I fished my ass off and stayed with my pattern. The great thing is that there where so many limits and quality fish brought in over the two days. With all those good fisherman I realize that anything can happen, so don't ever count your chickens till you get to the scales. Great Job to all, and a great job for the folks who handled the weighins, especially on day one in the rain. These guys should get a lot of credit because it is always the same folks that volunter for this work and always pull through.

Thank the club for a great turn out. I was debating whether or not to fish this one. Mike, you did give me a scare at Deal and it was even more exciting when I caught that one fish that did it while we were talking. Like a trooper you went back to your honey hole to try and best me. If it wasn't for that fish you would have done that. Whew!!!!! Excellent job by Pete, his drought is over! The points race is very close and a bad Tournament will change things quickly. I may not be able to fish all of the remaining events.
Tim, you are consistent and are doing great. Being beaten by you would not make me feel bad at all. Go man go!
Don't forget about the true competitor Dave. He ain't done yet and will not give up and we are all under the gun when he can focus. Some of his best Lakes are coming up.
Pat good job, Deal was tougher than it should have been.
We will have to clarify the snafus and penalties that occurred this past weekend at our next meeting. I know I paid a good price in the past and took it like a trooper. We can only learn from occurrences like that, accept it and move on.
