Nick, we pair up the small boaters with big boat owners for the big waters. This year the big waters are Potomac, North East river, Hopatcong, and the Delaware river.

You could fish the Potomac, or the North East with a 9.9 if you stayed local. I wouldn't do the Delaware with a 9.9 from where we launch.
